The journey that began in Istanbul in 2000 continues since 2008 in the Bursa Organized Industrial Zone, combining laboratory, dyeing, finishing and quality control lines under one roof.
We develop recipes for seven fibre families, dye up to 8 tonnes of fabric a day in controlled processes and deliver every order with its own record set. For garment makers and brands that means predictable lead times, repeatable colour and a traceable process.

Every step runs with its own record set: recipe number, bath report, fastness test and final control form. When the order closes, the whole file is handed to the customer.
Sample and recipe
Colour studies are prepared with automated pipetting and the right dye group is selected.
Pre-treatment
Desizing, bleaching and mercerising prepare the fabric for dyeing.
Dyeing
Controlled dyeing in reactive, disperse, acid or cationic baths according to fibre.
Finishing and curing
Handle, width and weight targets are fixed on the stenter line.
Quality control
Colour, fastness and surface inspection; deviating batches return to production.
Packaging and shipment
Batch records are filed and labelled fabric is dispatched.

Our quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems are audited to ISO standards; orders with recycled fibre content are reported traceably under GRS and RCS.
